Josh and Chloe Tie The Knot in Islamorada, Florida Here’s to a love stronger than a hurricane!

Josh and Chloe had been dating for two years when he popped the question. She said yes and they entered a new chapter of their lives. After a three year engagement and two kids together, they set the wedding date for September 29, 2022 and planned to get married in Islamorada, Florida. Unfortunately, every plan is destined to run into problems. Just before the big day arrived, news of Hurricane Ian which was forecasted to hit the Florida Keys reached the couple and it looked like the wedding would have to be cancelled. After waiting so many years to get married, Chloe was having absolutely no part in letting a hurricane get in the way of her big day. She was prepared to get married in her hotel room if she had to.

Josh reassured her that it was going to be okay and they decided to wait the situation out and see if their wedding plans could still happen. They even rushed to the Florida Keys almost a week before their wedding date to make sure that they would make it, hurricane or no hurricane. Nothing but a total evacuation was going to stand in their way. In the end, they were able to have the wedding of their dreams just the way they wanted it in spite of the hurricane. Everything went to schedule. Josh and

Chloe tied the knot on the beach at beautiful Lime Tree Bay Resort in Islamorada, Florida in an intimate, picturesque ceremony surrounded by their closest friends and family. The bride looked lovely in her white lace, fit-and-flare gown with a sweetheart neckline and delicate beaded straps. Her hair was styled in a half-crown braid with cascading curls.

Chloe accessorized with her grandmother’s pearl necklace and her favorite pair of flip flops that she wears every day that she simply couldn’t go without. Her bouquet consisted of sunflowers, red roses, and baby’s breath along with a hint of greenery. The couple’s two young sons served as the flower boy and the ring bearer for their ceremony. It was a wonderful day. After the ceremony, the couple and their loved ones took a party bus to Islamorada Brewery for their cocktail hour where they played party games and listened to live music. They had a seaside sunset reception at Islamorada Fish Company and danced the night away, a magical beginning to the rest of their lives.
